CAPABILITIES
Twelve plants, three facilities, one group
Captive reserves feed twelve group-owned plants across three processing facilities. Nothing critical is subcontracted, which is why lot-to-lot variation stays inside the tolerance a formulator can work with.
Processing facilities
UNIT I · 5 PLANTS
Rajsamand
The group's largest facility, adjacent to captive reserves. Five plants take dolomite from sized grain through to ground powder.
- DOLOMITE · 100,000 MTPA
- 3 SCREENING PLANTS
- 2 POWDER PLANTS
UNIT II · 6 PLANTS
Sagwara
Quartz facility. Washing, screening and grading feed two ball mills, with a sorting plant for graded grain.
- QUARTZ · 60,000 MTPA
- SCREENING · GRADING · WASHING
- 2 BALL MILLS · SORTING PLANT
UNIT III · 1 PLANT
Ambaji, Gujarat
Calcite facility serving the Gujarat coatings and polymer belt, and the unit closest to the export ports.
- CALCITE · 20,000 MTPA

Process route
01
Captive mining
Selective mining from group-held reserves, blended at the face to hold chemistry.
02
Crushing & sizing
Primary and secondary crushing to feed size, with sizing screens.
03
Grinding
Ball mills and pulverisers matched to the mineral hardness.
04
Classification
Air classification sets d50 and cuts the coarse tail for micronised grades.
05
Surface coating
Stearic-acid treatment at 1.0–1.5% for polymer-compatible grades.
06
Testing & packing
Lot testing, then bagging to 25 kg, 50 kg or 1 MT jumbo.
